Your donation to the General Fund bolsters journalism around the world and makes the largest impact for the organization, especially in the time of COVID-19. Support our varied programs that provide much-needed digital media training for journalists, introducing them to the tools they need to be effective storytellers for their communities.
Donate to support the MJ Bear Fellowship
The MJ Bear Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing journalists under age 30 who are producing cutting-edge work in digital media. The fellowship connects them to support and resources as they work on a digital project, one-on-one mentoring, networking and a global forum to talk about their work.

ONA Local: Our diverse journalism community, represented in cities all over the world, makes connections, shares resources and showcases talent through our ONA Local groups. Our organizers — volunteers, all — host regular professional development and networking events for journalists and technology innovators, from Austin to Nairobi.
