ONA St. Louis knows it’s been a crazy few months for everyone. That’s why we invite you to virtually join us on Thursday, May 7, for a mental health check-in and one-hour meditation and gentle yoga session led by Southtown Yoga’s owner Candace Glass.
What You Can Expect
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Zoom. The link can be found below. We will give our members about 30 minutes to chat and see how everyone is doing while working from home and covering their first pandemic. Then at 6:00 p.m., Candace will lead us in a one-hour yoga and meditation class.
Never done yoga? Not to worry! This class will be for all levels (beginners included) and will focus on meditative exercises and deep stretching. Wear comfortable clothing and get ready to relax!
After the class, attendees are more than encouraged to stick around and chat with each other.
We’d like to extend a big thank you to Democracy Fund for their generous support of this ONA Local event.
