John is the global editor of Reuters Video and Pictures, based in London. He runs a team of more than 400 journalists around the world delivering video to broadcasting and online customers, and pictures to newspapers and websites. He joined Reuters in 2010. Previously, he worked at a senior level in television news in the UK, and was one of the founding managers of the Al Jazeera English news network, based in Qatar. He started his career in newspapers.
