ONA attendees once again flocked to Webb Media Group CEO Amy Webb’s session, “10 Tech Trends For Journalists” on Friday. Her standing room only interactive talk included drones, a handheld 3D printer and digital personal assistant applications.
Webb highlighted what she believes to be next era in technology: ambient search. She said that users will no longer need to look up something online; devices will now search automatically without prompt using speech, location and scheduled events.
