Christopher Guess is a computer scientist, journalist, and currently the Lead Technologist at the Duke Reporter’s Lab where he focuses on the automation, policy, technique and the audience development for factchecking. Previously, he has held a fellowship at the University of Missouri Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute working on anti-censorship technology in totalitarian states and as a Knight International Journalism Fellow at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, based in Sarajevo, Bosnia.
