Joseph Lichterman

Joseph Lichterman is the Lenfest Institute’s Communication and Editorial Director. In this role Joseph leads the Institute’s reporting, research, and communications strategy.

He also writes Solution Set, a regularish report on innovation in journalism. Prior to joining the Institute, he was a staff writer at the Nieman Journalism Lab at Harvard University. He also previously reported for Reuters in its Detroit bureau. Joseph lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, Katy, dog, Charley, and cat, Fred.
