All refunds and transfers for ONA22 registrations or OJA tickets must be requested by Friday, Sept. 9<\/strong>. You will have the option to receive a credit for ONA23 or a refund. After that date, we will work to accommodate medical or health emergencies, including COVID-19 exposure, upon request. We will honor refund requests due to emergencies, including COVID-19 exposure, through Sept. 30, 2022.<\/p>\n Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation.<\/p>\n Through July 31,<\/strong> there is no fee for any registration or OJA ticket refund or transfer. Starting Aug. 1,<\/strong> registration refunds and transfers requested for non-student attendees will incur a $75 administrative fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Starting Aug. 1,<\/strong> OJA ticket refunds and transfers requested for non-student attendees will incur a $20 administrative fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Registrations or OJA tickets purchased at an ONA member rate may only be transferred to another ONA member. If not already a member, the prospective attendee should join ONA<\/a> before the transfer is requested. Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.<\/p>\n If ONA has to move the conference fully online, we will convert Los Angeles passes to virtual passes and refund the difference relative to the original purchase.<\/p>\n If ONA has to cancel the conference entirely due to unexpected circumstances that prevent ONA from continuing with the event, we will refund all registrations.<\/p>\n
