Refund and Transfer Policy
We understand plans can change. If you are unable to attend the conference, we’ll do our best to support you. Please read this policy in full, then complete the form to request a refund or transfer.
All refunds and transfers for ONA24 must be requested by Friday, Sept. 6.
You will have the option to receive a credit for ONA25 or a refund. After those dates, we will work to accommodate medical or health emergencies, including COVID-19 exposure, upon request.
Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation.
Through July 31, there is no fee for any ONA24 refund or transfer. Starting August 1, registration refunds and transfers requested for non-student attendees will incur a $75 administrative fee and OJA ticket refunds and transfers requested for non-student attendees will incur a $20 administrative fee.
For students, there is no fee for any registration or OJA ticket refund or transfer requested at any time.
Registrations or OJA tickets purchased at an ONA member rate may only be transferred to another ONA member. If not already a member, the prospective attendee should join ONA before the transfer is requested. Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
