Yvonne Latty is a Professor of Practice at Temple University\u2019s Klein College of Media and Communication and the Director of the Logan Center for Urban Investigative Reporting. The center\u2019s focus is community based investigative reporting driven by empathy and with a focus on solutions journalism. Latty began in July of 2022 as the inaugural director. The center\u2019s multimedia investigative work has won multiple awards that include an Edward R. Murrow Award and several Keystone Media Awards. Latty started her career in newspapers, but has since written books, produced award-winning documentaries and podcasts.
