If you are unable to attend the conference, we\u2019ll do our best to support you. Please read this policy in full, then complete the form below to request a refund or transfer.<\/h2>\n<h3>If you cannot attend the conference, you have three options.<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Transfer your pass to another person (no fee)<\/li>\n<li>Receive a credit for ONA27 (no fee)<\/li>\n<li>Request a refund (processing fees apply)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>All refund and transfer requests must be submitted by Monday, March 23, 2026.<\/h4>\n<h3>Refund Processing Fees<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>$50 until December 31, 2025<\/li>\n<li>$100 from January 1 &#8211; March 15, 2026<\/li>\n<li>$175 from March 16 &#8211; 23, 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Notes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ONA Member Rate Conference passes can only be transferred to other ONA members. <\/strong>If not already a member, the prospective attendee should <a href=\"https:\/\/journalist.memberclicks.net\/join\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">join ONA<\/a> before the transfer is requested.<\/li>\n<li>There are no fees for student registration refunds at any time.<\/li>\n<li>Membership dues are non-transferable and non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be processed after March 23, 2026. You may only transfer your pass or receive a credit for ONA27.<\/li>\n<li>Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.<\/li>\n<li>Medical\/health emergencies (including COVID-19 exposure) will be accommodated upon request.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds outside of the United States may incur additional fees from your financial institution.
