Carolina Guerrero is co-founder and CEO of Radio Ambulante Estudios, a groundbreaking Spanish-language podcast company, covering Latin America and US Latinx communities. Under her leadership, Radio Ambulante has spearheaded growth in the podcast industry across the region, with a sustainable business model based on derivative products that serve the needs of its global audience. In the last five years, Radio Ambulante has grown from just a few part-time employees to more than twenty staff members in a dozen cities across Latin America, the US, and Europe. Radio Ambulante has won numerous awards for its both for its journalism and its innovative outreach and business strategies. Carolina was a John S. Knight Journalism fellow at Stanford University and lives in New York.
