Elinor leads a new, multidisciplinary team that aims to put data at the heart of the newsroom, to increase online reach and engagement. She also works on strategies to connect with more new audiences in the UK and internationally. Previously, she was Development Editor for the World Service, where she managed digital growth and innovation for the 28 language services. She has also worked as a senior editor at the Huffington Post and Slate in New York.
