Heidi is a product manager at Slate for reader loyalty, including its membership program, Slate Plus. She manages product marketing for member acquisition, and customer service and feature development for member retention. She also works closely with editorial, development and product team members to incorporate member benefits into Slate’s apps, newsletters and published content.
