Jessica Hayes is Deputy Director in The Guardian’s contributions team. Over the past two years she has taken her wealth of learnings to deliver high impact acquisition campaigns that bring together editorial and digital innovation. Before this her expertise lied in optimisation; managing a team that oversaw The Guardian’s owned channels to drive results across revenue lines. Prior to The Guardian she worked in publishing and events management.
Leading teams with an ethos of openness and innovation – she loves establishing ambitious goals while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Jess lives in Brixton, South London with her partner and their cat Alfie. She loves cooking (and eating!), reading, walking around Brockwell Park and watching soccer.
