Lillian E. Agosto Maldonado is an award-winning independent journalist in Puerto Rico and the United States, digital strategist, and university professor. She is the founder and editor of Mundos Paralelos, a digital magazine that portrays Puerto Rican identity in the world. She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in Puerto Rican and Caribbean Studies from the Center for Advanced Studies in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Her job has been appearing in Primera Hora, Índice, El Nuevo Día, Univision Radio, Hispanic LA, ESPN, Spotlight on Poverty, EdSurge, among the others.
