Megan is the News Ecosystem Lead at Google where she works on building tools for journalists, local news, and evolving news business models. She previously spent a decade in journalism as Director of Digital Operations at The Washington Post, Director of Product at Politico and Online Washington Editor at USA TODAY. She holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.S. and a M.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She is also a member of the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism’s alumni board.
