Penny Riordan has worked on audience engagement, social media strategy, analytics and product management for a number of years. Most recently she was at Gannett for one year and GateHouse for 5 years. Prior to that, she worked at Patch.com and at newspapers in Maryland and Connecticut. Penny is a regular volunteer and contributor to ONA conferences and runs ONA Austin.
