ONA Career Day 2023 will take place online Thurs. March 9, 12-5 p.m. EST. This second annual virtual event will connect those seeking career advancement or shifting with job, internship, academic and fellowship opportunities, networking and educational programming — live and asynchronously. All opportunity-seekers are welcomed to join this event at no cost.
Opportunity-providers, including registered recruiters, internship directors, fellowship leaders and graduate program professionals, will have:
- Exclusive access to the Career Day resume database to reach out to eligible candidates in advance and set up interviews and conversations.
- A digital “home” for attendees to learn more about you and your opportunities.
- Access to interactive, personalized networking

Host a live 45-minute session – open to all registered attendees – to highlight a topic of importance to those seeking career advancement or change, or otherwise showcase your newsroom or program.
ONA will host this virtual event during Career Day. The event recording will be made available to the sponsor and archived in the public ONA Resource library. Sponsor will be listed on the official schedule and also receive branding on the digital invitation for the event and all official promotion of the event. Additional give-aways/promotions are at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Host a group of 35 attendees during a live, 45-minute, RSVP-required networking event to showcase what it’s like to work for your company, attend your grad program or join your fellowship cohort.
ONA will host the private virtual event and deliver GrubHub vouchers for attendees to order food in advance of the event. Sponsor is responsible for programming. Sponsor will be listed on the official schedule and also receive branding on the digital invitation for the event and all official promotion of the event. Additional give-aways are at the discretion of the Sponsor.
