When publishing to multiple platforms, broadcast producers face serious resource constraints and deadline challenges, too often default to simply throwing roughly edited TV scripts up on the web. But compelling digital content is no longer a luxury and a few tools and techniques can make all the difference.

This session is designed for:

  • Broadcast newsrooms looking to make the most of talent and content already on hand
  • Anyone seeking to improve their writing and editing for broadcast and online
  • Journalists who would like to better understand how their work can be recycled in a meaningful way

  • Featuring

    Kristen Reed
    Managing Editor, TEGNA
    Erica Proffer
    Investigative Journalist, KVUE
    Samanthi Dissanayake
