Definitions aren’t black and white, so how can we better define “inclusion”? Why is the term “diversity” losing favor? We’ll look at examples of how stories can better represent our readers, users and viewers, as well as how our coverage actually comes across in feeds, snaps and newsletters. We’ll also discuss specific examples of who’s getting it right.
